The Everest Tandoori Calpe is a well established Nepali-Indian Restaurant located in the centre of Calpe, Spain.

The Restaurant

The Everest Tandoori is owned and run by a Nepalese family and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and can give you all the advice you need to make the right choice from their extensive menu.

The Chef is considered by many regulars to be the “best in Europe” and can make any dish to your particular requirements. Whether you are a regular diner, or if it is your first time in the restaurant, you will always be made to feel extremely welcome.

The restaurant is located in C/Joan de Garay, close to the bottom of the Gabriel Miro, Calpe’s main High Street.

The restaurant is warm in winter, cool in summer, and welcoming all the year round.

Inside the restaurant, customers can enjoy an authentic Indian-Nepali setting, with well presented tables & comfortable seating.

Outside the Restaurant there is a lovely sunny terrace ideal
for those alfresco evenings in the summer months.

The full menu is available for customers to take away with a 10% discount.

The Food

The menu at The Everest encompasses a wide choice of Indian Nepalese dishes - 164 in total – some you will have heard of and other you may be able to try for the first time. Nepalese cuisine, unlike some areas of India, is all about taste, flavour and texture.

However, if you enjoy a “hot” curry their extensive menu combined with the Chef’s skill will certainly accommodate your wish. There is an extensive wine list and the “vino de las Casa” (house wine) has been chosen by the regular diners and ensures excellent value for money at €9.50.
