This semi-detached finca is entered via a large electric gate which opens onto a driveway with parking for at least five cars. There is also an additional covered parking area for another two to three vehicles. A hallway leads from the lounge to a guest shower room, storage, a double bedroom and a single bedroom which is currently used as an office, both are ideal for guests. All windows are double-glazed aluminium with mosquito screens and persiana blinds.
A grand staircase with Tosca-stone accents leads from the lounge to the upper level, where there are three double bedrooms to the right of the landing and on the left a good-sized family bathroom with double sinks as well as another spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom provides beautiful views of the Sierra Bernia mountains and has both a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite shower room.
Outside the villa two steps lead from the indoor summer kitchen to an Ibizan-style Naya which is perfect for al-fresco dining. Another couple of steps lead up to the rectangular swimming pool with includes a jacuzzi, seating and a built-in table. The surrounding terrace is ideal for relaxing either in the sun or under the shade of mature olive trees. There is also a built-in barbeque and another summer kitchen area outside as well as a children’s play area.
The setting is peaceful with countryside and mountain views, and this home provided excellent amenities to enjoy life both outside and in.
