Because a good night's sleep on holiday is very important, both bedrooms have a spacious bed (180x210) with wonderful top-quality mattresses and we have different models of pillows at your disposal! The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, mosquito windows, (blackout) curtains & built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

The 2 bathrooms are en-suite and each equipped with a toilet, spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, ample storage space, soft towels & hand soap. Mosquito windows are also provided in the bathroom and there is underfloor heating. It's so nice to get out of the shower...

KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS

The dining room with open kitchen & cozy sitting area is light, nicely furnished and offers a beautiful view of the valley. This room is also equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The kitchen itself is equipped with all modern comforts including a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, spacious fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, mixer...

The cabinets are filled with beautiful sevies, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are of excellent quality.

The owners also provide standard oil, various herbs, some dishwasher tablets, a kitchen sponge, washing up liquid, toilet paper, soaps, a few coffee cups, sugar, honey & tea sticks, a bottle of water & a delicious aperitif with some snacks.

In the sitting area with a large flat screen you can enjoy the channels on offer from Tv Vlaanderen (also Dutch, English, French, German... channels). There is also a Chromecast & Netflix. The wifi is of very good quality and super fast! The underfloor heating and the built-in (silent) pallet stove make the winter months extra warm and cozy.

A washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and maintenance products are also at your disposal.... There is also an alarm system and safe in the house.

PRIVATE TERRACE

On the private terrace in front of the house you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening, you have a beautiful and open view of the valley and here too the design of the terrace exudes the atmosphere of holiday .. .
Your private terrace is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs, a lounge seating area & 2 sunbeds.

SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI

The heated jacuzzi, the sun loungers by the pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ (gas), sink, fridge,... the lounge, the garden with built-in trampoline, the outdoor shower and the separate outdoor toilet... can be used all year round.

The swimming pool of 12m x 4.5m has an automatic cover with solar cells so that the water heats up faster during the day and cools down less quickly at night. (The swimming pool can be heated on request and subject to suppl.)

LOCATION & INFORMATION

The house is quietly located, yet close to everything! The old town is a 5' drive or a 30' walk, the harbor is an 8' drive, the sandy beach 'Arenal' is a 12' drive
A car is recommended for shopping, trips ...

The owners also live behind the property, together with their 3 (well-bred) children. However, they go to school until 5 pm, then have a sports club etc... The owners work full time during the day, so the outdoor facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen...) are used very little by them, so you will certainly have enough privacy & rest during your holiday.
