The beef roast, lamb roast, and hog roast, service consists of the Don Fuego team roasting the side of beef, whole lamb or pig (with the Don Fuego special herbs and spices), at the venue and then serving the meat to you with a choice of potatoes, vegetables and salads. The actual roasting takes from 4 to 6 hours.
They can also serve your guests with their own Creole sausages with their secret recipe Chimichurri sauce, and home made Empanadas with a choice of fillings as a first course.
And finish the meal with a choice of pastries or exotic fresh fruit salad for desert. Delicious German cakes can then be offered with their coffee if your guests have still got the room!
