The Business
Sailing School Moraira is a sailing school for both children and adults, and can offer courses for beginners up to advanced level. Many different courses are available and start from private classes per hour, 2 or 3 day courses or weekly courses.
The school has been run by Barcos & Cosas S.L. since December 2012. This renowned nautical boutique in Moraira has invested all their passion for the Sea, and their professionalism in this new project.
Barcos & Cosas has a wide stock of sailing clothing and accessories.
Their philosophy is that whilst always respecting the safety regulations that the sea demands, learning to sail should be fun and easy. They aim to discover with their students all that this incredible sport can offer.

Escuela de Vela has a varied fleet to suit all ages and levels, including 8 Optimist dinghys, 3 Gambas, 2 Europe Class boats for the advanced clases, and 2 Cadets

Classroom Training: Located in the reception building of the Club Nautico Moraira
Rigging & Ramp: Their Fleet is located in the hull area of the Club Náutico Moraira, they have two buildings and a nice rigging area to give the best service to their students
Courses They have 8 and 20 hour courses, but can also offer courses of different durations.
There are two levels of courses, Beginners or Advanced.

Beginner:
- Your sailing career starts here! Basic Sailing is the foundation for all your future sailing knowledge.
- The course is taught on Monohull dinghys for 5- 7 persons. After graduating, you have many options about how to continue sailing.
Advanced:
- In this course the Cadets improve the basic skills of sailing. They learn to sail individually using all their sailing skills. Depending on the level reached they then go on to learn to sail in regatta conditions.
- The course is taught on Monohull individual or double dinghys with the instructor in a motor boat.
